Generic WML tags

Description ot tags we use everywhere in WML documents.
This document contains datailed description of the tags we use in all our websites and its purpose is to help by adding new contents on our websites. Parameters which have * are obligatory.

- Required. Body used as description of the course.

- Usage
- This tag is used for events at ETH, like seminars. It gives information about title of the event, date, time.

- Required. In body can be additional information about the event.
